About the Department
Civil Engineering Department established
in 2022-23 with initial intake 60, is one of the core department of Government
Polytechnic Gandhinagar. Institute is running under Directorate of Technical
Education, Government of Gujarat. Diploma in Civil engineering program is
approved by All India council for technical education (AICTE), New Delhi and is
affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad.
Vision:
To constitute technically sound diploma civil engineers to serve the industry and society.
Mission:
M1:To demonstrate quality technical education.
M2:To sensitize students towards the ethical values.
M3:To familiarize students towards the current practices in the world of civil engineering as per the need of industry and society.
